唯有尊重自己的人 ，才能勇於縮小自己
- We start to slacken the minute we find excuses for ourselves.
人都是在原諒自己的那一分鐘開始懈怠
- Nothing is impossible with confident, perseverance, and courage
信心、毅力、勇氣，三者具備天下沒有做不成的事
- To appreciate others is to dignify ourselves.
欣賞他人，即是莊嚴自己
- If we can reduce our desires, there is nothing really worth getting upset about.
人生若能減低欲望，生活上便沒有什麼值得計較！
- Realize you are blessed, and cherish these blessings. Then continue to cultivate more blessings.
知福、惜福、再造福
- Be careful and mindful when dealing with others, but not narrow-minded.
為人處事要小心、細心，但不要「小心眼」﹗

碰到逆境時，應心生感激，這是可遇不可求啊﹗

能爲人服務比被人服務有福

寧靜最美，安定最樂
- One evil thought plants an evil karmic seed: one good thought results in good karmic fruit.
一念之非即中惡因，一念之是即是善果
- A life of ease with no goal, all play will cause one to lose courage and determination.
人之所以缺乏毅力、勇氣，是因為好逸惡勞、玩物喪志

恆心毅力如能「滴水穿石」，再大的困難與阻礙都能突破

不要小看自己，因為人有無限的可能
- To take life easy is not a negative attitude but a happy and positive one.
所謂看開人生，不是悲觀，而是積極樂觀；不是看破，而是看透
- Giving will reap the greatest harvest.
付出，就是最大的收穫
- Giving is more blessed than receiving.
能施與的人比受施的人更有福
- The more we give, the more we accomplish.
